ZUCA Warranty Policy
As an authorized ZUCA dealer we are offering the same warranty policies offered by ZUCA.
-ZUCA Sport Bags are covered by a 1 year limited warranty, and lifetime warranty on the frame.
-ZUCA warranty does not cover damages such as wear and tears from any misuse due to overfill, washing machine damage, and more similar.
-Each warranty claim will have to be submitted to SkatingMall and approved by ZUCA. SkatingMall, eBay, and ZUCA all require detailed pictures to be provided with any claim before taking any actions.

ZUCA Return Policy
Most ZUCA Product can be returned in original condition (including boxing) within 30 days from delivery by carrier, however some conditions apply.
-ZUCA products returned with reason categorized as ‘changed-mind’ are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
-Return shipping charges are always at customer expense.
-Returns must be approved by the SkatingMall management.
-Returns must be shipped back with a tracking number. If above 0, signature confirmation is mandatory as per eBay policy and we also suggest insuring the item for its value.
-ZUCA Products used in any way are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
