VINTAGE MEXICAN COLLECTIBLE    INLAID BOX BRASS & STONE MALACHITE LAPIS   WOOD LINED
This brass box is inlaid on all sides with composite gemstones of lapis lazuli and malachite.
From the 1960's, Mexican Mid-century Modern style.
The box had a dome shaped lid as well as dome shaped sides.
The interior has a piano hinged lid and is lined in rosewood with a solid brass interior top.
The bottom is footed and is solid brass which is marked TASCO.
Measures:  7 3/4" long    x   4 1/4" wide  x  1 1/4" high.
Weighs over two pounds.
Excellent pristine condition. I am the original owner. Unused was for display only.
