Keuffel & Esser Co NY Pocket Calculator 4018 Pat Dec 26, 1911 K&E Original Box. This pocket calculator is in very nice condition.....one side of the dial has some flaking around the outer edges of the dial......crystals are in very good condition..... one stem moves the needles and the other stem rotates the dial, they both operate smoothly...... the bottom has the serial number 820 stamped on case..... one dial has "Kuffel & Esser Co. N.Y. Pat. Dec 26, 11" ,,,the opposite dial has "K&E Pocket Calculator "...... my research indicates it to be a Model 4018....... it has what I assume to be the original cardboard box and a leather pouch.....the box has wear and is missing one end.....the leather pouch has the flexible texture of chamois leather and has loose stitching on one side...... the finish is scratch and dent free with no signs of wear through......the patent number is 1,012,660......I see no indication that either dial has ever been remover.....
