Tungsten carbide spikes with an ice piercing edge are 10 times stronger than steel. Spikes integrated into the rubber, for increased durability. Tread design improves traction and increases lateral grip. Textured heel tab makes them easier to put on and take off. Foot placement molded into rubber for ease of use. Installation: 1. Install front on toe of shoe 2. Pull back over heel 3. Adjust the center spikes over the sole
