Each booster Set is 100% Authentic and is from the parks / stores they were removed from racks due to a seen QC issue, it might be the sun hit the package too long, someone bent the cardboard backer, a paint dip or issue that made it past Disney's first inspections but was caught by a customer before sale or any package that has nothing wrong with it but was a return. Disney does not put most returns back on their racks.
