If you look at the back i believe at one time they may have had felt on them but over the years it came off. If i had time i would re-felt them.

Payment must be received within 7 days of auction end without exception. Please do not take the whole 7 days to pay or I will put feedback that you are slow at paying.
US bidders only.
I SHIP INSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S., HAWAII, and ALASKA only.
I have a 3-day shipping put up for my benefit just in case I am unable to get out. I normally ship it in the next day or two after the payment. If you buy on a Friday it may go out on Saturday if I can get to the post office that day or it may not go out until Monday or Tuesday. If it will not be shipped in 3 days I will contact you and let you know and why. I have had to do this a couple of times because I was sick.
Buyer agrees to pay stated fixed shipping/handling charge for shipping of this auction, which may or may not include Delivery Confirmation, insurance, or other things that might be added to it.
Payment must be received before your item can be shipped.
For any cancelations before item being shipped or returns (if returns are accepted) there is a 10% restock fee on final value of item. If Item has shipped there will be no cancelation.
I do combine shipping. But if you use the buy it now I will have to send back a refund after combining shipping for the items that you have bought.
If you do not want to buy it now and get it before someone else does make me a reasonable offer and I might accept it or counter back with another offer.
I cannot make arrangements for "in-person" payment or delivery/pick-up of my auctions.
