This match book was issued between 1932 and 1946.
I have deduced that from the following information:
The first patent date expired in 1946 and the second patent date was issued in 1932, so the patent dates indicate a date between 1932 and 1946.
This match book is a LION "30 STICK" MATCH BOOK and is UNUSED: FULL and UNSTRUCK. Measures 2 x 2 inches when closed.
