These teddy bears are manufactured by BurberryLondon, which is an official import by Mitsui & Co.
Burberry's high-priced teddy bears are produced by Merrythought on an OEM basis, so it is assumed that they were also manufactured by Merrythought.
The Burberry teddy bear in hunting style is very rare, and even the oiled cotton hunting jacket and long rubber boots are faithfully reproduced in Burberry's signature hunting style items. Of course, the brand's iconic Burberry check is used throughout the jacket, cap and pants.
The woven name of Burberry is attached to the place where the tag is attached to the string.
It is approximately 34cm tall and is an unused display item with tags.
It is not known if it was sold or not. It may have been a not for sale item for sales promotion purposes.
