There are four brown-eyed Susan flowers around this bead. This bead was made by myself with love in my rural Maine studio.
This bead measures approximately 16.5mm in diameter and 7.5mm wide measured at its tallest point. The bead hole measures approximately 4.4 mm in diameter.
The bracelet in the photos is shown for illustrative purposes and is not included in the auction. Please note that colors can still vary somewhat on different computer monitors. The photos are enlarged to show the bead's detail, so please note the actual size listed in the description.
A unique design from me!
This bead is signed MWR by the core.
I am a self representing artist, meaning I create all of the beads and jewelry I sell as well as do all the selling, shipping, listing and photographing involved in selling them myself. My beads are made in the flame of a torch by me, Mandy Ramsdell, in my studio in Maine. Each bead is unique and is a wearable work of art. My beads are properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for strength and durability. My beads are made from glass rods that are mostly Italian murano glass. I sometimes use other specialty glass produced here in the US and Germany. I take pride in going the extra mile to make my beads extremely high quality as well as unique. The sterling silver cores are coated with a museum quality wax before they are put into the beads to prevent tarnish. For deals, updates and news about new designs “like” my Lion’s Paw Jewelry and Glass Art page on Facebook. I even have a short video of me making beads on my page. Like my work and want to support a self representing artist but don’t have the cash to buy something? Tell a friend! I’d love it if you shared my work or page on Facebook or other social media sites.
