    Description

Believe it may be one of the last 1998 SV's made; rolled off the line in December of 1998.  If so, this would be one of the last Lamborghini's made before VW bought Lamborghini out, and introduced changes in their 1999 line of automobiles.  And of course a manual transmission, with the beautiful gated shifter.
Wheels are non-original.  Have a new set of tires ready to go. These are 19s on the car. Easier to buy tires.  Tires for this car are impossible to find.  Tires do not rub on the wheel well.  Suspension slightly lifted to fit tires, and all suspension camber, toe, etc. changed so no driving issues.  I know a lot of people like these car stock; if you do, you can spend k and get the originals.  There is a set on ebay right now.  But to me, and it's just my opinion, this car works well with the 19s.
Interior is an 8 out of 10.  Very little rub wear on the drivers seat.  Shift knob changed to silver ball.  But have original.
Have the SV logo's if you want to put on the car.
Car has the Rosso Luc. Dir. color.  Changes from Red to pinkish-red-pearl in the light.  Very rare color.  I can take more pictures but you can see the color of this car in about 100 pictures for another one that didn't sell at auction on BAT last year, due to issues. But it's the same color.
Out of car engine service done in 2016, by Lamborghini Dealer.  Driven less than 500 miles since then. Everything imaginable done.  Fixed airbag light, all belts changed out, valves adjusted, all oils changed. Yearly oil changes.  Always 93 octane non-ethanol gas. Clutch feels good to me.
Small dent in the plastic around the brake lights.  See picture.  So small, I just noticed it, but I wanted you to know everything that is wrong with the car.
She is ready to go.  No dash lights when start or drive.  But this car is not for everybody.  It will take your head off if you don't know how to drive.  It will break loose in all gears, and is unforgiving.  And the gated shifted does require some driving proficiency.  But there ain't nothing else like it, anywhere, when you are in the zone.
Front bottom of bumper was repaired. It was cracked due to hit parking lot stop.  Purely cosmetic, and no damage to any other part of the car.   See pictures of area now. Just want you to know all issues.   Carfax is clean, and no mention of the car on VINWiki.   Carfax confirms the service record spoken of in 2016.  Shows mileage inconsistency. This is because mileage is in Kilometers on the dashboard.  Mileage is correct.
    2 owner car.
No rats nests; no re-sprays; no awful accident pictures on VINWiki;  Never left in a mechanics garage or in a barn, or unenclosed garage, etc. Always been in air-conditioned garage and covered since 2009.
Comes with complete tool kit, spare parts, original manual in leather case, and 2 keys.  Title in hand.
THESE MODELS ARE GOING INTO HANDS THAT WILL NOT BE SELLING THEM.  IF YOU WANT AN SV YOU BETTER MAKE PLANS NOW.  THAT IS THE REALITY OF THIS MARKET.   I could not find another 1998 Diablo SV Red for sale in US. Million dollar car in 5 years.  You won't hurt my feelings if you don't buy it.  But I've got a new bambino and have been issued my marching orders.  Haha.  Bentley stays Lamborghini goes.
