    Description

1970s Vintage USFSA BEGINNER Figure Skating 2" Patch - MINT
    - This USFSA Beginner Level patch is in Mint condition. The USFSA changed to the current levels of Preliminary, Juvenile, Intermediate, etc. when school figures were dropped as required competition elements. This patch goes back to the late 1960s or early 1970s when the USFSA sanctioned skating levels used older level designations. Test level award patches were given for passing 2nd Class, 1st Class and Freestyle tests for Intermediate, Novice and Advanced skaters (No Junior or Senior designations). The patch is 2" wide and 2" tall. Sure to delight your favorite skater or skating fan.
We are offering several listings with other USFSA Test Level patches dating back to the 1970s. Buy several patches or pins at the same time or buy hockey and skating pins from our other listings to save on shipping!
Please note that 1 to 4 of these patches will be shipped by first class letter with no tracking available. To ship by First Class Parcel with tracking would jump the US shipping cost to nearly .00 instead of .39 to .57 for shipping by letter.

Colorado residents pay 8.285% (El Paso County) or 2.9% sales tax in the rest of the state on the merchandise amount.
    Shipping At True Cost
    - The Standard Flat Shipping Rates quoted in this listing are for First Class Mail to US destinations and for Airmail shipping to the rest of the world. Quoted shipping charges include only our actual shipping, packaging materials and handling costs. We work hard to keep your shipping costs at an absolute minimum by buying packaging materials in bulk and by packaging both creatively and securely. Available discounts and savings are clearly identified in our invoices and any overpayments on shipping and handling charges are refunded automatically. We offer First Class Mail, Priority Mail and FEDEX Ground shipments to US customers and Global Priority Mail and Air Mail (First Class International) to international customers. Surface Mail is no longer offered as a service by the US Post Office. Shipments may be combined on multiple purchases made within 5 days of each other to save on freight. We always charge for shipping, insurance (if requested) and packaging materials at true cost.
Please ask for a payment amount and wait for us to invoice you, if you are purchasing several different items. Our invoice will include your combined shipment savings.
    Overseas Military Customers Welcome!
    - Shipping to US Military APO and FPO addresses costs the same as shipping to US destinations. Plus we package securely, so that your order will arrive safely, even in Afghanistan.
    Important Note To International Customers
    - The payment of customs duties, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that we MUST complete all customs documents properly on international orders. We ship over 1000 orders internationally every year and everybody at the post office knows us. Please do not ask us to break the law by classifying merchandise as gifts or by understating the value of your shipment. We will be glad to split your order into 2 parts, if that helps, but the increased shipping cost may offset any customs savings. The First Class International shipping costs listed on single items include packaging costs and handling charges that are not repeated when you purchase additional items. Savings on international shipping can be significant if you purchase more than one item.
Please feel free to contact us for a combined items shipping quote before making your purchase(s).

Don't Pay Too Much For Shipping!
Wait For Your Combined Shipping Invoice And Save!
eBay has started charging sellers 9% in sales fees on shipping charges as well as the merchandise cost on all orders. If you pay for multiple items without waiting for us to send you a combined shipping invoice, you will
    ALWAYS
pay too much for the shipping on your order. The main problem with the new eBay shipping fee charges is that they will not refund any of the 9% in shipping fees that they have already charged the seller when you made your payment. As an example, if you pay .00 for shipping on 5 items and the actual shipping cost is only .00, eBay will keep the .25 in shipping fees that they charged on the original payment. Instead of refunding .00 as we have always been able to do in the past, we will only be able to refund .75. The other .25 will be kept by eBay.
The only way you can eliminate paying too much on your shipping costs on all multiple item orders is to wait for us to send you a combined shipping invoice before you send us your payment.
